STRATEGY: |
|||||||||||||
• As SVP of Corporate Strategy at Sears, Sue managed the Company’s corporate strategy process. She introduced a “strategy scorecard” which was used to evaluate each of the Company’s businesses against a series of qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine which businesses fit strategically. Non-core businesses were divested. Off-strategy and/or under-performing businesses were reinvented. Capital expenditures and overhead were allocated based on strategic importance, opportunities for growth and actual performance. Four Corners can help you link strategy with performance.
